Shipping policy

1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Scorpio Mystic Angel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages:
- Scorpio Mystic Angel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping:
- We currently only ship within the United States. If you are located outside this area and would like to place an order, please contact us for shipping options.

7. Returns Policy:

8. Lost Packages:
- If your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

9. Delivery Time Estimates:
- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
